Icelandair adds winter flights from Toronto, Paris and Amsterdam

IcelandairIcelandic airline Icelandair has announced a new year-round service from Toronto, Canada, starting this spring with four flights per week.

Toronto will become Icelandair’s fifth year-round North American gateway. Other North American gateways serviced all year round include Boston, New York, Seattle and Denver.

In addition the airline has announced daily flights to Paris and Amsterdam next winter - with the exception of a few weeks in January and February 2014 when flights will be six days per week from Amsterdam.

2013 sees a route expansion that will be the largest in Icelandair’s 76-year history. The airline services 35 destinations in North America and Europe this year and the ambitious growth plan includes a new North American gateway, Anchorage and the addition of two new European destinations, St. Petersburg and Zurich.
