In the Free Fall activity, participants will replicate a puffin plunging from its nest toward the sea. They will quite literally jump from the flight tower to experience the sensation of free fall. After a certain distance, the system engages to slow the descent, transitioning into a gentle drop that ends with a smooth landing on the ground approximately 13 meters below. In short, it’s like jumping—or falling—from the roof of a four-story building, but with a soft and controlled landing.
