Efstidalur II is the best place to stop for a quick bite!

One such article is Iceland: Go for the Adventure, Stay for the Seafood by Wendy Altschuler, a writer, editor, and adventurer. The purpose of Wendy’s visit to Iceland was to learn more about the country’s cuisine in collaboration with Icelandair.
A family owned farm
One of Wendy’s absolute favourite places to stop for lunch was at Efstidalur II, located in the heart of South Iceland. Her description of the family owned and operated dairy farm is spot-on, so much so that visiting Efstidalur II for a delicious burger and ice-cream is now on this week’s to-do list!
