Day 1Morning pick up in Reykjavík. You will arrive at the farm
Vorsabær II just in time for a light lunch, have an introduction of the farmhouse, get comfortable and feel at home. Enjoy dinner with the family.
Day 2You will visit the fantastic waterfall Gullfoss and the hot spring Geysir today. In the afternoon there is an opportunity to go horse-riding and join the farmers in their daily work.
Day 3Take a walk up to Úlfsgil, a nearby canyon to see a beautiful waterfall. In the afternoon you will visit the Skógar museum and waterfall Skógarfoss. You will also stop by the waterfall Seljalandsfoss, which is possible to walk behind. You will then visit the museum at Þorvaldseyri and learn everything there is to know about the volcanic eruption in Eyjafjallajökull in 2010.
Day 4You will visit a cowshed in the neighbourhood and go horse-riding. In the afternoon you will be able to relax in the hot tub.
Day 5Take part in daily life at the farm. After lunch you will drive to the Þingborg wool centre where you will see how the wool is worked and view a collection of the famous Lopi sweaters and buy one if you like. You will then head for the small coastal villages Stokkseyri and Eyrarbakki and visit the Ghost Museum before returning to Reykjavík.
