Six members of the Hey Iceland Association were honoured with a special recognition for their efforts at our annual banquet on 17th November 2014. Members were awarded for the fourth time, in two categories, 'Outstanding Member 2014' and 'Inspirational Award 2014'.

The following members received an award in the 'Outstanding' category:

- Einishús in North Iceland
- Hotel Lækur in South Iceland
- Hotel Eldhestar in South Iceland

This award is granted for outstanding services, based on customer feedback and quality assessments by the Icelandic Farm Holidays staff.

The following members received an award in the 'Inspirational' category:

- Fossatún in West Iceland
- Vogur in West Iceland 
- Gauksmýri in Northwest Iceland

This award is granted for exceptional product development and initiative in creating an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for guests.
