Take part in one of Iceland‘s largest horse round-ups! A spectacular annual event, the horse round-up in Víðidalur, North West Iceland features around one thousand horses.
 
In our new horse round-up tour, guests help the farmers herd the horses from the mountains into the round-up pens, enjoy plenty of horse riding in beautiful scenery, savour traditional Icelandic food and have fun with live music and dancing in the evenings.
 
This unique tour takes place in October, with accommodation at the charming Gauksmýri lodge.
